We recommend that you read these conditions of sale carefully before ordering any products from our site.
These conditions of sale tell you in detail how we make our products available to you, how the contract may be terminated by you or us, and what you should do if you have a problem.

PREAMBLE
FAIENCERIE DE DESVRES manufactures and markets earthenware objects and stationery in France, sold under the brand name "DES RÊVES".
ARTICLE 1 - FIELD OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply between any individual or legal entity wishing to purchase one or more products on the desreves.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") and the company "FAIENCERIE DE DESVRES", a limited liability company with registered offices at 5189 Chaussée Brunehaut, Longfossé (62240), France, with capital of €10,000 and registered with the RCS of Boulogne-sur-Mer under number 949 182 398.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICES/RATES
The applicable prices are those presented on the desreves.fr website for each product. They are similar to the prices generally observed in physical sales outlets. They are indicated inclusive of VAT, the rate applicable on the day the order is placed prevailing. A change in this rate may be passed on to the products at any time. Furthermore, Faïencerie de Desvres reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDER & VALIDATION
The customer must go through various stages before validating the order. They must register on the site, or identify themselves if they have already registered. Then, after selecting the desired items, the customer chooses the delivery method, either at home or in a relay point (see Article 5). The final stage consists of validating and paying for the order. Validation of the order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, as well as payment of the product price.
All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
Once the contract has been concluded according to the order placement procedure described, Faïencerie de Desvres will send the customer by e-mail a receipt for the order summarizing the information contained in the registered order form. By keeping this e-mail and/or printing it, the client holds proof of the order that Faïencerie de Desvres recommends that he keeps.
ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
The products for sale are those presented on the French merchant site desreves.fr. They are accompanied by a precise description and a photo. Faïencerie de Desvres undertakes to be as faithful as possible to the quality of the photo, nevertheless it may differ slightly from reality, particularly in terms of color.
Only the products shown on the site can be ordered, the delivery time will be specified on the product page. Nevertheless, errors may occur. Faïencerie de Desvres cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or errors that may occur, nor can they give rise to any claims on the part of the customer.
Products are available in three ways:
Displayed as "IN STOCK", i.e. immediately available for sale and dispatched within 3 working days (see article 5).
Displayed as "PRE-ORDER", i.e. in the process of being manufactured and dispatched within approximately 3 weeks.
Displayed as "OUT OF STOCK", i.e. unavailable for sale at the moment and in the process of being restocked. The customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the product is available for sale again.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY & DELIVERY TIMES
Faïencerie de Desvres uses the services of MONDIAL RELAY and LA POSTE for all shipments linked to the desreves.fr e-commerce site.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays, holiday periods and summer closure) from the time the order is placed:

Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
The customer will be able to track the progress of his parcel from the moment he receives notification of shipment.
In France, deliveries can be made within 3 to 5 working days (unless otherwise indicated) from the time the order is placed.
The delivery time depends essentially on the carrier and La Faïencerie de Desvres cannot guarantee the customer a precise delivery time. Moreover, during holiday periods, summer closures or lock-ups, this time may be extended.
The customer is asked to check the condition of the parcel and its contents in the presence of the delivery person. If the product is damaged, the customer must mention any anomaly on the transport document, refuse delivery and notify La Faïencerie de Desvres within 24 hours.
If the product received does not correspond to that ordered, the customer may first notify us (at the e-mail address contact@desreves.fr) and then return the parcel to us. We will reimburse the return costs and send back the correct product as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 6 - FORCE MAJEURE
Faïencerie de Desvres cannot be held responsible for any breach of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events such as natural disasters, fires, internal or external failures or breakdowns, and in general any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event preventing the proper execution of orders.
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT
All purchases made on the Faïencerie de Desvres online boutique are payable at the time of order. Payment can only be made by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Faïencerie de Desvres uses the STRIPE payment platform.
During the credit card payment phase, you will temporarily leave the desreves.fr site to access the stripe.com site.
All data transfers and data are secured via SSL (Security Socket Layer) encryption. They are not stored at any time on the Faïencerie de Desvres platform.
ARTICLE 8 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to retract. This must be done using our retraction form:

The parcel must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice to the following address:

Upon receipt of the parcel, if the item is in perfect condition, the customer will be reimbursed within 30 days, directly to the card used for payment, without any penalty except for the invoiced shipping and return costs. Returns with carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 9 - WARRANTY / AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The products sold on the desreves.fr website comply with the regulations in force in France and their performance is compatible with non-professional use. They are made by craftsmen.
Products supplied by the seller are covered by law and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, by the legal guarantee of conformity, for products which appear to be defective, damaged or damaged or which do not correspond to the order, by the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture affecting the products delivered and rendering them unfit for use.
In the event of non-conforming or defective product(s), customers may return the product(s), subject to having contacted the Faïencerie de Desvres customer service department for study of the problem by the quality department (contact@desreves.fr). If the problem is covered by the warranty, the parcel can be returned to the following address with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Faïencerie de Desvres will send the customer an identical product as soon as possible (subject to available stocks).
ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The present Internet site constitutes a work of which Faïencerie de Desvres is the author within the meaning of Articles L. 111.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The photographs, images, illustrations, comments, recipes, texts, logos, pictograms, videos, as well as all works integrated into the site are the property of Faïencerie de Desvres or of third parties having authorized Faïencerie de Desvres to use them.
No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these GCS. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly forbidden.
ARTICLE 11 - LIABILITY
Faïencerie de Desvres, for all stages of a sale on its merchant site desreves.fr has only an obligation of means. All changes to the proper functioning of the site induced by the Internet network, notably a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with jurisprudence, are not the responsibility of Faïencerie de Desvres.
ARTICLE 12 - MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Faïencerie de Desvres reserves the right to modify the present general conditions of sale at any time, those applicable being those in force at the time the order is placed.
ARTICLE 13 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal data relating to customers may be processed automatically.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you consent to the collection and use of this data for the purposes of this contract. By entering their email address on our site, customers will receive emails containing information and promotional offers concerning products published by the seller. The customer may unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply click on the link at the end of our emails or contact us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. We track the number of visitors to our website using tools such as Google Analytics.

ARTICLE 15 - APPLICABLE LAW / LITIGATION
The present general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after having tried to find an amicable solution, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Faïencerie de Desvres falls under the jurisdiction of the Fédération des entreprises du Commerce et de la Distribution for mediation.
