Chef Yohann Cornet walked into my studio on a cold October morning. Determined. He wanted Des Rêves tableware for his new project, his latest obsession, his precious restaurant in the making. How could I not embrace his vision of a humble cuisine rooted in encounters, moments, and shared experiences? How could I remain unmoved by his love for the Hauts-de-France region, its heritage, and its craftsmanship?
