One day, he walked into the workshop with the firm intention of leaving with earthenware tea boxes!
It was as if he knew before we did that it was possible and that we could do it.
Because yes, it wasn’t a sure thing: a custom-made box, perfectly airtight thanks to its sealed lid, with a new design and in a size we’d never produced before!
We went through the development stages one by one with him, validating each phase with care and respect for his schedule.
We had to innovate to design this airtight lid and organize production to manufacture so many units in a small batch.
It was a tremendous challenge and a partnership I hope will last!
